By using this website, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Use of the Website
This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use this site to browse and purchase products, but any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without our permission, is prohibited.

3. Product Orders
When you place an order for one of our products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we suspect are fraudulent or violate these Terms of Service.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via PayPal. Full payment is required before the order is prepared for pickup.

5. Pickup
We currently only offer local (Washington Heights NYC) pickup. Products are still in production and are expected to be stocked in December 2024 and order pickup is estimated to be available in January 2025. Pickup location, dates and times will be confirmed via email in late December 2024. Customers picking up orders must bring a receipt, either hard copy or digital. Plan ahead and find a family member/friend who can pickup your order for you just in case you’re not available.

6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Keen Tactics, the parent company of Meaning Makers Montessori, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this website’s content. The products are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Meaning Makers Montessori and/or Keen Tactics be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from this website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
